Andhra Pradesh which is a Telugu Language Speaking state divided unnaturally by UPA Government for their Political Sake. Once Upon a time Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are the united Telugu Speaking States as well known as Andhra Pradesh.
Now it has been divided into Two States Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. the thing is at the time of dividing there is no specified Capital City for Andhra Pradesh. The Telugu Speaking States at time of United Hyderabad was the Capital City Of these States.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana People developed their much loved Capital City as Internationally well named in the form of Globalization and Development. All the development has been centralized in Hyderabad instead of developing all Districts and Major Cities as a part of Globalization and Development. This is happened because of every one of the Andhra Pradesh thought Hyderabad is Our Capital and Our Pride. But the UPA Government divided the Telugu Speaking state of Andhra Pradesh in to two States.
Now the Capital City remains in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh got empty hand in all separation of Organizations of Public and Private. Now the Andhra Pradesh state has to build Capital city by their own. But The UPA Government mentioned that Andhra Pradesh state will be treated Special State for 10 years and Center will help to build and develop the Capital City. They assured to provide special package to Andhra Pradesh. I the next elections UPA government loses and New NDA Government formed.
NDA party promises before and after elections that what are the enforcement law made at time of Bifurcation and as per Bifurcation Law what the UPA Government promised they will keep them. NDA party says all the support needed to Andhra Pradesh as per Bifurcation law they may help in the form of Special Status and World Class Capital City development. Andhra Pradesh will remains in Special Status Category for 10 Years. But now the situation is reversed.
The NDA Government Poured water on Special Status, Special Package and World Class Capital City Development. They declared Special Category for 10 Years is Impossible. All these above said are not mentioned in Bifurcation Law and Act. Which remains NDA Government playing games with AP.
One Side AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu trying to build the Brand AP and want to develop the State. 'Amaravathi' which is declared as Andhra Pradesh capital. AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu keen to develop 'Amaravathi' as World class City and trying build the Brand 'Amaravathi' in the form of Globalization.
Now the NDA Government Sprinkled water on Andhra Pradesh Government, AP CM and especially on AP Public who are looking for their State and Capital City development. The NDA Government Finance Union Minister Jayant Sinha declared and confirmed this by written.
There is no Special Status to AP, no Special Category for 10 years, No Capital City formation and development. He Mentioned they never promised and mentioned in bifurcation law about it.
Andhra Pradesh will get funds according to the Bifurcation Act they will get funds for Five years in the form of Income generated from Tax. The fund will a total amount of 2,12,000 Crores a figure. But up to now NDA Government released 12,806 Crores for Andhra Pradesh. It is in the form of Back ward Districts of Andhra Pradesh 700 Crores, Polavaram Project 1000 Crores, Capital City Development 2100 Crores(estimated), AP State Development and others...
Andhra Pradesh is a revenue deficit State compared to it's Annual Budget. It's Generating a low revenue. NDA Government fund release for the Year 2015 - 2016 Estimated 15000 Crores funds may not release as per their Position of Ecnomical Ability. The Minister Jayant Sinha Cleared and Sprinkled water on the hope and belief that AP State public kept on the NDA Government.
The Andhra Pradesh MP's representing the State in Parliament try to convince the NDA Government and try to warn them in a Well manner about the Issue and the reaction of AP Public. Especially MP Galla Jayadev bravely explained the consequences of no Special Status to AP and they have to face AP Public frustration and Anger that how the UPA Faced.
