Beas Dam Engineers released the Dam Water which has flooded into the River. There is no Indication of releasing the water or any Alert to the local bodies. without any intimation they released the water.
At the same time who are visting the river and capturing the photos in the river.
The Flood Water swept away the students which the incident took 24 VNR Vighana Jyothi Students Lives. Now There is Justice came to hear on that Incident in Himachal Pradesh High Court.
The Himachal Pradesh High Court Gave Justice on that Incident that 20 Lakh rupees E- Gratia to be paid to the Victims family who are died in the Accident. There are 6 Female and 18 Male Engineering students died in that accident.
The high court gave orders that The amount to be paid by the Beas Dam Authority, Engineering college Authority and by the Himachal Government. The Percentages are decided by the court that Dam Authority to pay 60%, Engineering College Authority to pay 30% and Himachal Pradesh Government to pay 10%.
The Court declared that the amount should be compensated along with 7.8% interest to the Victims family, who are washed away in the Flood water.
