We are all knew Veteran Movie Actress and YSRCP Nagari MLA Roja's Suspension from Assembly due to Vulgar Commentary about Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Chandrababu Naidu in the Assembly Sessions.
The AP Assembly Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao and Committee decided to suspend MLA Roja from Assembly for One Year. Now the issue is on Roja's Suspension. Roja countered a pill on the Suspension in High Court.
The Pill came to hearing on 18th March in High Court. The High Court Judge Rama Lingeswara Rao and Council announced the Judgement that the Suspension on MLA not an Acceptable issue and the High Court Judge declared and suggested to AP Assembly to lift the suspension on the MLA Roja. The High Court Council thought One Year suspension from Assembly means a MLA loose their learning and Active Participation in Assembly. But the High Court leave the decision of the Suspension lifting to the Assembly Speaker that immediate lifting or later.
The AP Government Telugu Desam party and Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao and committee asked a Special team to review the issue of the MLA Roja's Suspension and the High Court Judgement on the Suspension Lifting. The Special Privilege committee reviewed and suggested to continue the Suspension for some time that Present AP Assembly sessions are going so the suspension lifting will effect the Assembly Sessions. The MLA Roja didn't attend the Assembly Sessions for 3 times so they gave a notice to MLA Roja regarding this.
If MLA Roja Rejoin for the Assembly sessions that she'll disturb the sessions and it'll become a bit hard to run the AP Assembly sessions smoothly the Committee suggested and decided this. The TDP Government of AP, CM Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu and Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao decided to continue the Suspension due to this. Speaker announced that the committee will discuss in the Assembly about the Suspension and why it is tough to lift the suspension as of now they will clearly discuss and explain in the Assembly.
Now the question is that a high Court Lawyer Gopala Krishna Kalanidhi countered a Pill against AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu and Assembly Speaker Mr Kodela Siva Prasada Rao that they against to the High Court Judgement and not Lifting the Suspension and Continue the Suspension. The Lawyer pill Countered in High Court to take Criminal Actions on AP CM and the Speaker that they break the High Court Judgement and opposing it.
The PIL come to hear by tomorrow that the High Court Procrastinated the PIL for Hearing on Tomorrow. So any way the suspense still continuous on the YSRCP MLA Roja's Suspension and High Court Judgement of Lifting Suspension.
